Beyond my work I love music and learn Hindustani Classical Music. I love people and the best way to connect is through random conversations in cafes I visit to read, eat or just observe. I am currently reading alot of fiction to get back into reading and minimise digital distractions. I am also building a new relationship with mindful eating and lifestyle management while learning about different philosophical thought leaders across history. The Work
There are therapists who help people feel better. There are coaches who help people perform better. There are educators who help people understand better. My work begins somewhere deeper. She is interested in the architecture of the human self. My work explores the relationship between identity, emotional life, relationships, meaning, and choice not as separate disciplines but as expressions of the same psychological system. My work is about making invisible psychological
structures visible so that change becomes possible.
The Central Thesis
Every relationship is ultimately a relationship with the self. The quality of a marriage, parenting, leadership, friendship, purpose and resilience all emerge from how a person understands themselves. My central question is: Who are you becoming?
Therapy Ethos
My work sits at the intersection of Counselling Psychology, Human Development,Relationship Science, Emotional Wellbeing, Identity Formation, Reflective Practice,Behaviour Change, Organisational Psychology and Adult Development.
My Intellectual Territory
I explore self-worth, attachment, intimacy, family systems, affairs, betrayal, money, power, gender, identity, organisational dynamics and human behaviour as interconnected psychological systems rather than isolated topics.
Relationships as Laboratories
Relationships are not destinations but laboratories where identity is revealed, conflict becomes information, repair becomes growth and intimacy becomes courage.
The Indian Context
My work integrates global psychological frameworks with Indian realities including joint families, caregiving, marriage, gender expectations, intergenerational patterns and changing cultural aspirations.
The Therapist's Therapist
I help develop and nurture reflective practitioners who cultivate both clinical competence and personal maturity, believing that technical skill without self-awareness eventually reaches its limits.
Clinical Philosophy
Psychology should increase freedom, not dependence. Insight without action becomes intellectual entertainment; action without insight becomes repetition.
Voice
I write to illuminate rather than impress, combining warmth with depth, authority with humility, and reflection with psychological precision.
What Makes Me Different
I value complexity over certainty, understanding over opinion, frameworks over hacks, reflection over performance, and integration over quick fixes.
Legacy
My work aims to contribute to a culture where emotional maturity is valued as high achievement, relationships become places of growth, therapists become reflective practitioners, and psychology helps people live more conscious, connected and
meaningful lives.
Beyond Therapy
I love music and learn Hindustani Classical Vocals. I consider myself an unapologetic and proud Awadhi Biryani critic. I love people and the best way to connect is through random conversations in cafes I visit to read, eat or just observe. I am currently reading lot of fiction to get back into reading and minimise digital distractions. I am also building a new relationship with mindful eating and lifestyle management while learning about different philosophical thought leaders across history.
