Nearly two decades of clinical work rooted in the belief that how we relate to ourselves shapes everything else.
Pause. Recalibrate. Change.
I believe meaningful change begins when we pause long enough to understand what is really happening within us, between us, and in the patterns we've inherited. When we can reflect with honesty instead of judgment, we begin to recalibrate the beliefs and relationships that quietly shape how we live. Psychology, to me, is not simply about fixing what hurts, it is about building the self-understanding and agency to choose differently.
Because when we see ourselves more clearly, we relate more honestly, live more consciously, and become who we are capable of becoming.
